We take advanced quality management system and strict inspection procedures to control our quality. The inspection type of production process includes: first inspection, self inspection, mutual inspection, quality control point inspection, and type inspection. QC of the quality department shall confirm the first inspection, patrol on each process, and be responsible for the inspection at quality control points. The post operators of the production department are responsible for the first inspection, self inspection and mutual inspection of their posts, as well as the isolation of defective products in the process. QA conducts on-site inspections, supervises and manages the entire production process, and QC takes samples for testing every 2 hours
